"Would you like to become a better you? If you are wanting to improve in any areas of your life whether it be relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, you name it, you should be able to have someone there to support and understand you. I will be there with you along the way even when it becomes difficult. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and anyone going through life transitions or those who are having difficulty with anything in life. I have case management history, residential, and working with schools. I also work with court involved systems.

I am trained in EMDR,  DBT for adolescents and families, TF-CBT, and CBITS Bounce Back. I use CBT, Person Centered, and Reality Therapy.

I offer empathy, compassion, understanding, and supportive listening. I am culturally competent; and I will help you build resources/skills in helping to assess and deal with your life needs. It is very important that you are able to know that you are supported in sharing your thoughts and feelings without feeling invalidated."
